The less desirable use their charms

the more desirable ones lack theirs

but how does a girl choose

between the less and more desirable

when charms and looks don’t last?

And then there is another kind

almost fading out of existence

let's call them 'the principled ones'

who won’t know how to use their charms

or how to flaunt their looks even if they could

they rely on the square-ness of their minds

steadfast on the morally right path

in hopes that something will spark

between the girl and the straight-as-a-broomstick boy.

So, here's the deal.
